Services & Tax
- Tax at 11.5% is payable in addition to the rent.
- Cleaning at end of the vacation is $300.
- Pool cleaning included in the rental, pool man comes once a week.
- Electricity is included.
- Garden Services – lawns mown and beds weeded; usually weekly – included in the rental.
